Employer FAQ

  • Creating an Employer Account is simple and free of charge. Simply click "Get Started" and fill out the form, and you'll be able to create and edit job postings, manage received applications, and more.

  • When creating your job posting, you'll have three options on how to receive your applications:

    Link: Redirect applicants directly to an external URL to complete their application. This could be a link to the job posting in your ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or your company website. When applicants click "Apply," they'll be redirected to complete their applications.

    Email: Have applicants apply by sending their applications directly to your email.

    Direct: Have applicants complete their applications on MSS. You'll receive an email when a new application is received. You'll be able to view and manage applicants directly on your dashboard.

  • At Mobile Settlement Services, our audience is specifically interested in mobile closing services. Consequently, we mandate that jobs posted on our platform must pertain to mobile closing work. Any jobs not related to mobile closing will not be approved. If your job is not approved, you will receive a full refund.

  • Your job posting should contain the following key information:

    Job Title: Clearly specify the title for the role. Please note, the job title should only contain the title itself and not other details or information regarding the role.

    Job Location: Indicate where the candidate will be required to report for this role.

    Job Description: Provide a brief summary explaining the duties and responsibilities of the role. Please note, this doesn’t need to be exhaustive.


    Please also note, we may make slight edits to your job posting to enhance clarity and optimize it for search engine readability.

  • Yes - we offer a one-time complimentary job posting for each employer that creates an account.

  • At Mobile Settlement Services, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you're unsatisfied with the response to your job posting, please contact us and we will issue a refund for your job posting. 

     

    Please note: abuse or misuse of our refund policy may limit your ability to post on our platform in the future.

Mobile Closing Agent FAQ

  • Here at Mobile Settlement Services, we're a job search platform, not a title insurance company. We connect you with exciting opportunities from title insurance companies! When you apply for a job on Mobile Settlement Services, you're directly applying to the company that posted it, not Mobile Settlement Services itself.

  • Click "Agent Sign Up" in the header menu, start your 7-day free trial, and fill out the brief form.

  • We're proud to offer a 7-day free trial for all mobile closing agents. Thereafter, you're charged a flat monthly fee of $9.99/month.

  • Mobile Settlement Services does not directly manage applications or the hiring process. If you're interested in obtaining a status update on your application, you will need to directly reach out to the employer.

  • To reset your password, visit the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" button. Enter your email address, and we'll send a reset link to the email you used to create your account.

  • To edit your account information, log into your account and click on 'My Profile'. After making the desired changes, click the 'Save' button to save your changes permanently.

  • Simply send an email to raymond@raymondmodglin.com requesting account deletion. Be sure to include your full name and the email address associated with your account to help us process your request quickly.

  • To unsubscribe from job alerts, click the 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the job alert email.
